Terms of Service

Raspberry API provides programmatic access to stock-market signal derived from public posts on X (Twitter), including AI-scored sentiment and a trusted-trader breakout radar. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces core functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. Any activity carried out with your key is your responsibility. If you believe a key has been compromised, regenerate it from your dashboard immediately.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: exceed the rate or volume limits of your plan; attempt to circumvent authentication or access other users’ data; resell or redistribute raw API responses as a competing data product; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the Service.

The data and signals provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Sentiment scores and breakout setups are algorithmic interpretations of public social-media content and may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Signal is derived from publicly available posts on X (Twitter). We do not control, endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, and availability of the underlying source may affect the Service.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pricing and plan features are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. During any beta period the Service may be offered free of charge and without the availability commitments of a paid plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raspberry API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to rasberrytrades@gmail.com.
