Form 4 raw → Raspberry

The value is in what we do not call a signal.

The SEC XML stores every transaction. Raspberry keeps that evidence, reads the footnotes and separates voluntary open-market activity from vesting, option exercises, gifts, tax withholding, stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plans and pre-programmed 10b5-1 trades.

Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive without payment one share of common stock of the Issuer. Represents the number of shares sold by the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the issuance of shares related to the restricted stock units that vested on October 15, 2026. The "sell to cover" transactions were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan and do not represent discretionary trades by the Reporting Person. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.85 to $1.89 per share, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range set forth in this footnote. On September 29, 2025, the Reporting Person was granted 100,000 restricted stock units that vest in 12 equal quarterly increments, with the first quarterly increment vesting on October 15, 2025.

Raspberry interpretation
Informational — no alert

Reason: tax_withholding. The filing footnotes identify tax withholding. The trade is reported under a Rule 10b5-1 plan.
